ORDER process

Albums typically arrive within four-to-six weeks of finalizing your order. 

1. select your favorite images

  • You can save your favorite images within your gallery by clicking on the "heart" icon over each image.  Once you've compiled the visual story of your day, send that list over to us via email.
  • As a base, the album will include 20 pages (10 spreads).  The base album can comfortably fit about 50-70 images without compromising design/size.
  • If you can't bear to narrow your image selection, your album proof will be designed to include additional pages.  Additional spreads may be purchased (2 pages) for $50/each.  

2.  Choose your album options

  • If the album you are designing was included in your wedding photography package, you are the proud owner of a 10x10 linen album base with 20 pages.  You may choose to upgrade from linen to leather, or to any size album. Those upgrade prices are listed above.
  • If you have decided to add an album after your wedding, you will need to decide on both the size and cover type.  Prices and options are listed above.  
  • These customizations should be included in your initial email letting us know you've finished selecting your favorite images.

3. proof your album design

  • You will receive your initial album design via email within a few weeks after your favorites and album options have been communicated to us.
  • Within the online proof you are able to make notes and changes to each spread in order to fully customize your first family heirloom.
  • Two rounds of changes are included in your album design.  Additional rounds can be made for $50 each new proof.

4. finalize album

  • Once your proof has been perfected, it's time to make it official!
  • You'll be sent an invoice for any upgrades or enhancements as well as the base cost of your album.  If your base cost was already included in your initial wedding contract -- it's your lucky day!
  • The cover options will be confirmed as well as your current mailing address.  Once the album has been signed off on, no changes or cancellations may be made. 
  • Album delivery is usually 4-6 weeks from the final confirmation.
